We would like to offer a warranty policy applicable to customers as follows:

All products manufactured according to the technology of Effegi Malaysia brand are guaranteed free of charge during the warranty period with all technical defects caused by the manufacturer, the warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase (Confirmed via email) warranty card or bill of sale).Products must be installed and used in accordance with the instructions in the technical installation manual.

After confirming the information from the dealer + Quick technical handling by phone. + The company’s technical staff will deal directly with the case of needing to change accessories or replace products within 24 hours after handling by phone.

WARRANTY POLICY

1.Free warranty cases 

+ Products with malfunctions, which are determined due to technical defects of the manufacturer will be warranted and repaired free of charge within the warranty period, from the date of purchase specifically as follows:

+ Shower & faucet: 5 years

+ Induction Electrical hob, hood: 3 years (only for induction cooker 1 to 1 in the first year if technical failure, except the glass surface is not renewed if scratched or broken by the user)

+ 304 stainless steel sink: 5 years

+ Washbasin cabinet: 2 years

+ Sanitary ware: 10 years for the enamel, 3 years for the flush and the porcelain part has a lifetime warranty + 304 stainless steel accessories, 5 years mirror

+ Other accessories: 2 years For any warranty issues, please contact the place of purchase!

2. Cases not covered by warranty: 

+ The product or its parts are damaged or scratched due to transportation, external forces, careless use or incorrect installation instructions. + Using a hard cloth or rough surface material when cleaning causes the surface of the product to be abrasive and scratched

+ Use or allow cleaning agents containing acids, varnishes, corrosive solutions to contact the surface of the product, causing stains or peeling of the plating.

+ Using the product in water contaminated with alum, acid, high calcium content affects the surface of the plating layer.

+ Damages caused by incorrect installation, arbitrarily removing and replacing components not manufactured by Effegi Malaysia.
