Delivery Policy

1.    Delivery range

EFFEGI Nationwide Delivery

2.    Delivery time

After receiving the order, EFFEGI Vietnam will process it within 24 hours, then feedback to the customer about the delivery time and payment value of the order.

Delivery time will vary from 2-5 days, depending on each specific case.

3.    Means of delivery

For orders within and outside of Hanoi, EFFEGI Vietnam delivers free shipping to customers/Agents.

For small orders in the province, EFFEGI Vietnam will use outsourced services to deliver goods to customers.

Shipping costs will be negotiated by both parties depending on the value of the order and agreed before delivery.

For large orders, EFFEGI Vietnam will use the Company’s means of transport to deliver goods to customers/Agents. Shipping costs will be supported by EFFEGI Vietnam.

4.    Regulations on the delivery of goods

When receiving the goods, ask the customer/Agent to carefully check the condition of the goods (Quantity and quality). In case of insufficient goods such as delivery notes and orders, confirmation is required between the customer/Agent and the delivery representative of EFFEGI. Or in case the goods are not of the right quality, the customer/Agent will return it to the delivery representative of EFFEGI Vietnam at the time of delivery.

In cases where the goods have been delivered, the customer/Agent does not check carefully before receiving the goods, if there is a shortage of goods, or the goods are not of the right quality, EFFEGI Vietnam will not be responsible.

After the two sides inspect the goods and receive the goods, it is recommended that the customer/Agent and the delivery representative of EFFEGI Vietnam both sign and confirm the delivery note to serve as a basis for payment and debt reconciliation.
