Exchange/return Policy

1. Conditions of exchange:

– The product has not been used or has been used but has an irreparable technical problem (due to a manufacturer’s technical error) and has been tested

– The delivered goods are not of the right type and model as you have ordered.

–  The product does not meet the quality criteria such as: inoperability, objective damage within the warranty of the supplier, manufacturer, etc.

– The warranty card (if any) and the company’s stamp on the product are intact.

– Products exchanged/returned must have full boxes, manuals and have not been used.

2. Procedures for exchange/return:

– Customers can directly contact EFFEGI Vietnam by Hotline: 0908464393. Staff will come to check.

– After having the “Product inspection slip” with the content of damaged goods due to technical errors that cannot be repaired, accepting the renewal, the exchange will be made in accordance with the regulations of the Company and the manufacturer.
